i have shorted nifty @4986 please let me know i should
book loss or nifty may come down please guide me

Nifty is near intermediate top... I am not asking you to wait for your level but it is likely that nifty do a retest of 5040-5025 which could be a good level to book losses.

Keep a STOP @ 5160 and hold your shorts, I am not suggesting you to average down but today could be a good day to do so.
