Mutual Fund portfolio for annual cashflow

#1
Dear Fellow Investors,

I have Rs.18 lacs to invest and I am evaluating investment strategies to create a Mutual fund portfolio that gives me a minimum annual return of Rs.2lacs per year. My risk appetite is moderate and time horizon 10 to 15 years.
Would someone, in this group, like to make suggestions on type of approach I should take in diversifying my portfolio with respect to
- Type of MFs (Asset class i.e. Large cap, mid-cap, small cap etc.)
- % of a specific MF asset class in the portfolio

Alternatively, based on your experience do you think I should approach a reputable professional with decent track record who may charge a fee but manage my funds to get me this return. If yes, then please recommend names of good Financial advisors.

Any suggestions based on your experience are most welcome.

Thanks in advance,
RKS

You are looking for approximately 10% ROI annually. This much return is a very average category return and you may get close to that even by fixed deposits.

With some research you will be able to find avenues where you can safely park your money for much better returns.
