What are the "other charges"

I would like to know as to what are the maximum charges a broker can levy under "OTHER CHARGES" i.e. transaction value, stamp duty etc. for delivery as well as intraday transactions.

Is there any official circular / guidelines issued by NSE/BSE re. this?

Shall highly appreciate details ASAP.
