Nse index future

Hi everybody,

I am Sasi Raman (new) and am glad to be with you all.

I trade online with RK Global in both cash and options. Now I am planning to start Future (inbdex and stock) also.

When I short sell stocks, I have to cover it before the end of the day.
But I am not clear about the position if I short sell index future, e.g. Nifty,
is there any time limit to square off the short, other than expiry date.

Pls clarify.

u ndde not to cover ur position o the end of the day but a bit of hedging is always good
to avoid open gaps.
