how to open brokerage firm........

i am really looking forward to open a brokerage firm with some partners.......could you plz tell me all the rules and procedures to do so.......an estimation of capital required to do so will also be helpful.......

Opening a brokerage firm with zero experience is nearly impossible. Not just for the experience part, but also the crores of capital that is required. Its not easy like opening a snack bar or grocery store.

I think you are looking for "Sub-broker" firm. Just contact a few broker firms and they will tell you what all documents, capital and other formalities are required. However, don;t signup with any of the brokers soon. Come here once again so that we can have a peer review.

no..i am not looking for sub brokerages.........
my whole family is hugely experienced....plus i want to include some partners.......i know it is very hard and takes time but the exact procedures would be a real help.........
