Hi
If u r using ODIN software and u have faced any technical problem put complete blame on broker and tell its not ur mistake, and threaten them to drag to consumer court.
i faced similar problem with indiainfoline and i threatened them and they credited the difference amount..

LOL
If you were able to do it then pity on broker. They have the written agreement with you that any problem with software and any order not executed due to any technical reason they wont be liable. A broker can liquidate your account as they have power of attorney on your behalf and still you cant really drag them to court... ofcourse only when you dont have margin available.

So this won't work.

Hi findvikas,
there is nothing funny with this, in my case it was a mistake by the broker, he sold my shares with out my knowlege, so i did it.

Just to clarify ... I dont think he laughed at anyone's misery ...

On the contrary he has provided u with more accurate and logical reason.
