Greetings!
Greetings and best wishes to all! After a bit of a hiccup I am happy to have been able to register at this site once again! I am not familiar with the tools and techniques for 'trading' in equities. However, I have been an investor in stocks and mutual funds for quite a while and have been able to realise an average annual return of 20 per cent. My total exposure is almost 80%. I believe this is a bit too high for some one in my age group (70+)? The rule of thumb is 100 - my age, which works out to 29%. Any comments?
I am a graduate in Telecommunications and have been in the IT industry since the early 70's. I have a PC with a broadband (256kbps) internet connection. Can someone tell me what other resources I should have for 'trading', including futures and options? Thanks. I sincerely hope to be in a position to be of help to others in this forum who may be in a similar position as I am.
