I have been in the markets passively for over 5 yrs and have been active over the last year. In the last year I have tried everythign from trading stocks intraday, short term trading and even derivative trading.
I have made up my mind to invest time in learning technical analysis before I start in a bigger way. I have started reading some of the books mentioned by Traderji in his posts.
Next step is to identify a good analysis software.
As far as broking platforms go I use Anand Rathi offline and reliancemoney online. I used to use Icicidirect, but stopped after having a few problems with them.
I hope I can learn from the forum and sometime in future contribute as well.
