Recently i opened a online trading and demat a/c. While opening the a/c. the broker told account opening is free and only AMC is chargeable. Now after opening the a/c. they have deducted Rs.750/- (AMC, Stamp duty and online trading pack) Is it correct ? Normally when the AMC is charged begning or at the end of the year. The thing is that he should have made me aware of this and not directly deduct the charges from the margin amount i deposited. Please guide me what to do ?
