Which share to buy?

This is Mohan and am new to trading... Can anybody tell me, what are the list of companies where i can invest/buy the shares in NiFTY. My budget is less as much as Rs 3k for initial.

I too am new , i saw reliance ind today going down by 4.5% approx, but overall trend all say is +ve so would it be a good buy for short term. I expect 5-10% returns frm the short term picks. plz reply...
