Hi hawaisanjay,
Welcome aboard. I'm not sure if you can use TA for long term prediction as most indicators lag the price and are usually used for shorter term moves.
You may be able to use price charting including moving averages to see crossovers and how well they work for long term.
Search for Beginners Guide on this forum which gives links to various trading teachings including charting and TA etc.
