Introduction... Please Help me

Hi Friends,

I am new in this trade, getting a bit confused in choosing a good broker. please help me out to find a good one.. .and would like to know about trading stocks where I can earn huge profits (as I have read online).I have been looking for an online resource to teach me the tips and tricks of the stock market but there have been not any good as far as I have known. Please help me to find any good online resource which can educate me in this arena.

i am very much new in trading ..
my broker : angel broking
i have trading & demat a/c with angel
i trade online via angel diet
1> i am very confused about my trading limit some day i cant trade since my a/c locked due to trading limit reached

2> i dont under stand the margin statement send by my broker (since after each trading day they send me two mail one is how many i shares i buy / sell and one margin statement email)
3> on 20/05/2009 i buy 195 SATYAM COMP @ 45.95 when today i try to sell 100 share they call me and inform me that "i have only 75 shares since 120 share short from exchange". i cant get there point

4> when i ask them "how to know how many shares are there im my demat a/c" they told i have to call there back office people to know.
any way to access my demat ac online??
