New to traderji

Hi. Am new to traderji or the world of equities investing. Have always wanted to invest in equities. Decided to finally take the plunge (and what timing!).....looking to understand investing in equities through the forum....any/all help is welcome.

Couple of questions:
What are the basic ground rules of buying stocks. I am someone who works with long term view and not into day trading.
Is it a good time to enter the market or should I wait for a correction?

Thanks

Basically one should look into fundamentals to identify if the stock is undervalued or not. undervalued stock is best buy. and then look into technical to see trend

we cannot say its good time or not cos we dont future direction of market.but (investing wiselyor not) in long term will certainly give you profit
