Is it advisable to take full-time trading???

#1
Hello everyone onboard at traderji, I am relatively new to the market (entered in June, 2007), made some money, lost more money, and leart some lessons the hardest way. I have some knowledge of deliveries, never done daytrading and F&O, but want to know if with proper knowledge and understanding of the market, is it advisable to take trading as a full-time job? Iam open to all advices regarding delivery, day trading, and F&O. I would also like to know from well-versed traders, if I invest Rs. 1 lakh what percent can I expect as return every month, practically. Pls. help.

Welcome.
Yes trading could be a full-timer's job.
Wait.
It is not an easy profession.
Invest time to learn as you want to become a professional in trading.
Don't push yourself, take due course of time.
Experience, trading with money, profits/loss you make would teach you a lot about trading

Happy learing

Trading is one of the toughest Profession.
many enter it with view of making easy money and then regret of their decision.
Pls dont be in hurry to strat with full amt.
first learn the basics of trading.
i will suggest just go thru some books. specially by alexander Elders Come in to my trading Room. you will know many things which u were knowing, but were not implementing.
Stick to strategy,
back test it.
then put some part of it and start ur profession.
dont forget that there are 3Ms of trading viz. Mind, Method, Money which are all very improtant aspect if our goal is long term.
all this points are just an outlay of it. actually everypoint is a big topic in itself. so concentrate on what ur learning, try not to repeat ur mistakes.
you will succeed.

Best Of Luck.:thumb:
