writing option in NSE

Hi
I am new to trading. I want to who can write the option in NSE. I mean to say only Broker or anyone who ha demat account .

Anybody can write options. It has nothing to do with DMAT account.
But, option writing involves risk (theoratically, unlimited risk).. so plz understand it well
before jumping in to write.
