Option pricing is lot more complicated then stocks or future price.
Hence it does not follow technical analysis concepts. Better spend time on understanding how options are priced and get a feel of them by comparing the prices yourself.

There are many options calculator availabel which will help you. Please go thru some books/ material first and then ask specific question.
