I started gambling (coz every novice is a gambler here) in jun-07. since then i lost 2 lacs in f&o segment. now i m setteled in delivery only but still as a trader. future dont know..........

taken a right turn.....still omit the trader in u & go in as invstr.....when things become inclined in ur favour......find out the trader in u.....best of luck:)
remember as a driver....50% comes in from the machine while the other half from the driver's cult.....;)

well,stick to trading books,watch online activities of stock movements and keep listening to analysts who speak...don't get carried away by there words but just try to find out how they are arriving to that conculusion.

spend time with good technical analysis books.
as time goes ..you will surely make your way into market as a good trader.

That sucks! What kind of strategy had you adopted during your f&o days? Was it pure instinct / random?

I haven't started trading as yet, but I'm doing a lot of paper trading, and sometimes I win and othertimes I lose. The crucial difference I've observed is when I lose, I tend to lose big time. You can keep winning for 10 consecutive trades and have all your money wiped off in the eleventh.

Saving your money is the most important thing, if there are doubts, just DO NOT trade for that session.
