Demat account

Hi Friends,

I want to start investing and for the same I need a demat account. Please advise which one I should go for.

which one take less opening amt less yearly charges and less transaction charges..

HI better u visit or call Offices of DPs like sharekhan ,religare etc. or any brokers to get info on wht r der offerings.
And wht u r need suits.

you need two accounts ..one is tradin account and demat account.

choose any good broker ..they will do it for you.

if you trade online ...then ...i prefer kotak securities.

do some research and ...select.

yes even i am searching for a good reliable broker, even i am new in this field! will follow this thread.

more or less many brokers are good service providers
if u r using ur dp as a long term invester brokrage does not matter a lot
kotak securities charging 30 rs per month, sharekhan 450 per yr, 5paisa lifettime free but it needs frequent transction.
