Hi friends at traderji.com

I am Satish a new member, I do not have any knowledge about the share market, Except that as a layman knows that it is something to do with buying shares may be new or already listed in the market and then sell it when the price of the shares go up.

As from what I hear and read, India is on the crest of her economy with inflation under control and the economy growing up at a steady level, Also due to government opening up Foreign investment in various sectors viz. Telecom, Realestate, Retails, All most all the big players in these sectors across the world r interested to putup their shop in India. Also all the major renowned companies in India a on a wide expansion mode.

All this growth is going to have a direct impact on the Stock market which I have heard is the crucial agency on which any companys economy runs.

If sound and calculated investements r made in the Stock market, One can earn good returns on investments. Hence I also wish to give a try.

Wld sincerly appreciate if some expert in this field provide me with some basis informations how shld I start, As I am a retail investor, At any point the maximum money I can affort to invest is Rs.50K's.

Also wld appreciate if somebody cld guide me whether for a new investor buying the iPOs is advisable or he can directly start trading, If it is the later what check need to be followed before buying any shares of any company

I wish to open a demat a/c, One of my friend informed me that HDFC demata/c is good, Cld somebody guide me which a/c I shld go for.

Any other informations will be most welcomed.
