i have been in stock market thing from last two months.
but still i am unaware of many basic thing/rules of it.
can any one try to provide me some info regarding my following queries:-
1)How to Find Out Info. regrding A Company i.e Its complete name, Group Affiliation Activity, How old, Record Date,etc.
2)what exactly is a scrip?
3)what is upper circuit, lower circuit?is it true that i cant buy shares in upper circuit and vice versa?
4) what are the condition under which i cannt sell a scrip?
5)what is positive breakouts?
