am a software guy now doing trading in cash as well as commidity very actively.

I find lots of aids which could help the investor both longterm and day trades.

if you have something in your wishlist or thoughts lets translate that to real

Hi Shanku...I thought what if a application could manage people's portfolio and update the stock prices real time for free. Real time means update without a delay of 3 minutes or have to wait to refresh the page to get the new quote every time. Can you make such a program. People can just feed in the bse or nse symbols and the program would fetch the date from a source.

All the programs available are subscription based none of them are free and i feel if something like that is developed it would be a instant success.

This is very much possible. Let me know where i could get the real time data. I am studying the same, if you knows some source of real time data let me know. So we could make this happen at the earliest.

All the online trading portals provide real time quotes and I think even ***** Portfolio also provides real time quotes atleast thats what they say...just check it out...

Excel sheets are available with macros in them to update the real time rates from *****!!! May be you will find something similar on this forum only.
Search for it !!!

I am exploring the same as well as the availablity of the data, Getting the data from the terminal is near impossible as long as its a client software. Will update you soon on the same

this feature shall be available soon. I have already contacted someone who is making this. They are already providing the same for limited number of users for testing and evaluation. Maybe in few weeks time that will be available online is the info i have.
