Newbie Alert!

Hi,
Just joined this forum. I am new to investing in stocks, even though I've worked in Investment Banking community most of my working life. I've usually invested in mutual funds in the past.

I'm looking to learn some of the more practical day to day aspects of investing in equities and options.

If you have any suggestion on websites to visit or documents to read that might help me, I'd appreciate it.

Any help would be most welcome
