Hi, This is Rohit from bangalore and I am new to this forum. I bumped upon this group while looking out for an educative group on the net, and this is the one forum where I find lot of quality and indepth discussions going on.
I am a newbie to stock market, just 3 weeks deep. My primary interest in this domain is because of technical analysis and I got hooked into it. I would like to learn more in tech anal and would be glad if someone care to respond to the queries that I may post, even if they sound stupid to the experience guys in this circle. - I am in the lookout for a good tool. Searching in the list of threads, I find that metastock/omnitrader/tradestation are some of the highly rated ones. However, they don't give any trial period or any demo scaled down version. Does anyone know where I can get a demo version of these tools ? - Historical quotes: ***** doesn't give the historical data with the most recent dates, always the last 3/4 days are not inserted. www.nseindia.com provides it but don't know how to automate it. Can some let me know how to do that, say, using the FCharts software ? Best Regards, Rohit Roy.
