good day to every one of you ,
I am a new enterant , in this field .
I started my carrier as JTO in BSNL & my initial posting was at Rajkot in Gujrat,I stayed in Gujrat from May 71to March 79, about 8 yrs. there was lot of forward trading in Rajkot , I was not knowing what these people are doing ,
if you happen to go there , as I was in telephone dept. I was required to go ,
every one used to shout there .

any way those days are gone , Gujrat is really a very nice state , good people ,
Now I am Dy.Chief Electrical Engineer in South Eastern Coal Flds Ltd ,
so this was my brief introduction , I am new to this fld of trading in stocks,
so please don't mind if I am not in a position to reply any querry of stock or trading .

Thank you all as you all accepted me as a member of your community. I am being a member of your community as because M/s Indiabulls Securities Ltd.New Delhi now Gurgaon cheated and looted me and against all laws,rules and regulations taken away my entireshares worth Rs. 85 lacs from the DP by fake and fraud Agreement and Power of Attorney,even though they have given in writing about their crime and agreed to resolve my claim on 20.10.2005,so far failed to do so.Every time they are asking me to go for Arbitration.I am an Advocate and I know the decission of the Arbitrators of the great country.Mostly the arbitrators are retired persons and they dont have any accountability.The earstwhile CCI was one lac time better than SEBI.The CDSL people are acting as agent of Indiabulls.They are not caring any body as their partners are Mittals and others.

I am having record from SEBI that out 15 complaints SEBI received 12 are against Indiabulls.

Let us unite and fight against the most cheater,fraud and lootera INDIABULLS.

I am really upset with IndiaBulls. Just someone please guide us how can we take action agaist IndiaBulls. Even I have experiences when they trade in my a/c without telling me just for the brokerage. They are really unethical ppls.

Are the Directors:Sameer,Gagan and Rajeev of Indiabulls are above the law?The main reason of the carelessness of these people are mainly relief of SEBI.SEBI's whole time Director suspended them from trading after the trading hours in April,2006 but as a Lawer I dont understand what made the same whole time member who claim very efficient and judiseous man revoked the said suspension on Indiabulls in the very next day before the trading hours.Every citizens of the great country astonished on this decision of SEBI.What every body told it may be a record in the corporate history of the world.For similar type of financial irregularities the most powerful company being windup and its CEO JEFF SKILLING being jailed for 24 years and 4 months.Whereas in our country a cheater and looter Broker go on increasing assets day by day by looting innocent clients,four years back three Engineers started the firm and after looting some people they changed the name and now after ny case they went on making many new companies and divesting its stake to foreign companies those who dont have idea/knowledge about the cheaters and even Mittals.They are not caring any body.I dont know why Govt created SEBI for whose benefit may be after creation of SEBI crores of innocent investors are suffering,earstwhile CCI was one lacs better than CCI.Why not Govt is thinking to amend the SEBI rule?Now it is found some 900 odd brokers are ruling the country.

What is you view on both Aarti Industries and Aarti Drugs.Three months back I sold heavy volume at the price range of 60 to 65 par share of aarti drugs,but unfortunately it got freeze touched Rs.84.80.Similarly from mere Rs.14/- today it touched rs. 34/- arti ind.Should I buy at this price.
