Im new to the stock market.

I am new on the whole shares thing, I am planning to find some shares I would like to purchase, and my partner and I will pay half I dont know where to go to purchase them and what precautions are required to be taken.

i woud say, you should go through the threads on this board, also it'll be best to start with equity, better get in touch with indiabulls or sharekhan for online trading, i prefer indiabulls, u can get their helpline no. from their website http://www.indiabulls.com , still its better to know ups and downs of trading before entering this market

I was also little afraid while investing in stock market. But Portfolio Crafter helped me a lot. I just bumped into it while googling. I think its PortfolioCrafter.com.
