I am a longterm investor as well as a trader. I have been following the markets for 7 years now. Trading for the last 2 years. I trade options. Basically a discretionary swing trader, however, I use the charts often.
My knowlege of TA is superficial--limited to chart patterns, trendlines and moving averages. I believe in simple analysis. I use top down FA for stock selection
