I have been hearing a lot about investing in litigation finance recently. Our shop is looking at some opportunities now, but the minimums are too big to invest for my own account. I recently came across a company called Trial Funder (https://www.trialfunder.com). They are boasting above 90% returns, and they show some investments where they say the investors earned triple digit IRRs.
Has anyone here invested through Trial Funder? If yes, what was your experience like?
