Data provided by www.soubhagya.biz in metastock format seems to be better than that provided by viratech or technical trends. i understand that they provide data with a minimum time frame of 1 min updated every 5 seconds approx. you can ask for a demo before taking final decision.

any real time data feed, which does not have zero latency is useless,
 costly or cheap, its not worth it if it does not have zero latency.

try www.truedataindia.com they charge 546/- pm and u can get data thru PIB or Odin or yahoo.ocm
