Hi josh1,

it is working now, i think after adding C:\RT Folder in trusted location, the excel is auto updating now.. and after a PC restart.

Thanks for your prompt support and sorry to bother you..

Have a nice day..

Hi josh1,

can you help me out with error while getting RT data from Google.

The utility is able to fetch data from google, but then i get the debug error and amibroker is not started. I have also added relevant folders to trusted location. Your excel utility is creating MyCSVGoogle.txt. in Ramdisk.

Earlier also I had faced this same error while getting data from Sharekhan TT. but i think after adding C:RT to trusted location, the problem resolved.

i have installed RamDisk for faster data access.

Kindly refer the link for screen prints. http://imgur.com/a/pY2eI

thank you..

Is the file corrupt? Download fresh copy. It is not able to find Amibroker. Start Amibroker before excel
If error persists, reinstall Amibroker

Josh bro,
Is it mandate that I should have R drive as shown in your video for getting temporary CSV folder...am looking at your RTD 1.40 version...

well, the google sheet is not loading amibroker but your sharekhan RTTiger is able to load... so using sharekhan's only.

I wanted to ask you whether is it possible to make changes in your VB code, so that your excel (RTTIGER) keeps recording the tick data from TT and saves it to RamDisk for past 1 or 2 minute and then inputs/updates it into Amibroker (After every 1 minute) to correctly plot 1 minute chart on amibroker; because, even after keeping a interval of say 3 or 5 seconds i have to import from trade tiger's 1 minute data to correctly plot the 1 minute chart in amibroker.

And any solution for High CPU usage?, as snap and RTTiger are using almost 15-20% constantly....

Thank you,

You will have to collect all ticks 'on cell change'. Thereafter send them to AB. I cannot do it. I don't use TT.
CPU usage of 20-30% is normal

hi josh1,

i wanted to update you with regards to a surprise with regards to high CPU usage. Since yesterday, i have observed that if i MINIMIZE the RTTiger and snap.xls, the CPU usage is down to only 3-4% instead of 25-30%. (with 3 second updation time). I have also checked that on maximizing these excel files, the CPU usage goes back to 30% levels and minimizing them again to 3-4%.

Just informing you so that others can try and check for themselves and benefit. I am using windows 10, office 2013, Ami 6.
