Legal or Illegal
I want real time data to be published on my small website (which is still under development).
Is it legal to publish these data?? i intend to make the site only for registered Users( Registration is Free, of course) and it is aimed at providing analysis of Various stocks www.bseindia.com/about/faq.htm I come to infer from the above FAQ that BSE actually does not allow you to publish real time data. Only data that is 15 minute old can be legally published. Is this the situtation or do i have any alternatives. And how do i get real time data (live or 15 min old data) in .csv (like bhavcopy) or some other file format? NOT FOR USE IN METASTOCK OR AMIBROKER but for publishing in website

 what about my second question?? how do i get real time data (live or 15 min old data) in .csv (like bhavcopy) or some other file format? NOT FOR USE IN METASTOCK OR AMIBROKER but for publishing in website
