No Exchanges publish data for free in Real time - if can get it for free the source may not be reliable. every Exchange lists the licensed data vendors on their website, so if you want a good source visit the exchange website (the free data is normally only delayed).

www.market-data-provider.com gives 5days free trial in NSE(all Cash & FnO Symbols) and
1 day free trial in MCX(all counters)

Take their trial, may be it helps you...
