Excel to amibroker

Dear,

I have ready with excel sheet, which will update all prices and last traded volume automatically, Like

Column A = Contain TIcker Name
Column B = contain Last traded Price
Column C = Contain Last traded Qty.

can someone guide me how should I import this data in amibroker, with DDE option ???? or any other way ?? as live data in amibroker

could you elaborate Naming process of cell in excel say in excel alt+I+N+D

Can I do that _lt and _vl process in group naming, I have created 250 rows of data

is any short cut available to do group naming with _lt and _vl

OR I need to do it separate for each cell that means I have to do so 250+250 = 500 cell individually for last traded price and last traded qty.
