Hi friend
I have searched in TJ. There are many links in TJ but none is working. Either attached files are no longer there (deleted or removed), or links are dead/expired.

Two options:
1. If you have NOW of Odin Diet, you can get live prices in excel.
2. Use the Import External Data>New Web Query feature in Excel and get the data using yahoo as a source. You can set it to update every minute. You will first have to login to yahoo otherwise the data might be delayed

I had done this long ago so know this is one approach. I haven't tried the logging in part though.

Please explain the procedure in detail, if possible. It will be a great help to we non techie people.

I remember doing this feature IMPORT EXTERNAL DATA in MS Excel 2007 as mentioned in a website, a few weeks back (i do not remember the whole procedure, how I did it) but I remember I left the project as there was no option to update the sheet or some macro problem or something like this.

Thanks

Odin Diet feature has to be allowed by your broker. If not allowed, I'm not sure whether you'll even see the option or not.
If your broker provides NOW that would be recommended.

For Excel, please refer to the below links. As you'll see in the screenshots on these websites, refresh option is there. I have not tried any macros on this but I think that should also work.
