1. If you use software like PIB/KEAT/ODIN etc. since data is in proprietary format, preferred method is to ask your broker to provide
a software which cam interface with metastock/ any other TA software. Any other method will involve reverse engineering the software PIB/KEAT/ODIN etc which may be illegal. However I feel since you are using an expensive software like METASTOCK (which may cost Rs. 50000/- upwards), you must be giving good business to your broker and cettainly you can put pressure on broker to provide this connectivity also. 2. If you are a broker and have access to NEAT and not CTCL, since NSE allows you to access data for risk management purpose, you can develop/take help in developing software which can interface NEAT PRICE DATA with METASTOCK. 3. If you are a broker and have access to NEAT and CTCL, since NSE allows you to access data for risk management purpose, you can ask your existing sw vendor used for CTCL to provide the necessary connectivity. Any comments from Senior members welcome. Sankar |
