Yes, this is a custom program.
What do you mean by "handling the storage" ? I do not intend to store the
stock quotes. I'll have to process them realtime, so no storage requirement for
the quotes.

Even to process it real time, for analysis purposes some historical data will be required I think

It depends upon the type of analysis. If you are doing analysis purely based on the stock movement over a short period of time, you do not need historical data. OTOH if you are doing more deeper analysis seeig long period trends, you are right that we need historical data.
I'm more inclined towards short trend analysis.

anything older then current price, is history, now its only a matter of how much history, a few seconds or many days and months, if your system is ok with minimal history and it handles the limited storage required, then fine.

I am also looking for rt data feed for my tradestation 2000i for generating live signals.

Any help on how to get it would be a boon to me.
