Im searching for Real Time data providers for NSE . Please give me link for providers who give trail/demo before purchasing survice. Thank you.. Please give me atleast 3-4 provider links

Just an out of box question..
Is there any permission/requirement/obligation(legal or otherwise) to be taken care of for using RT data from overseas service providers such as eSignal or Reuters since Forex outflow is involved by use of our credit cards. Or is it perfectly legal in our land to freely use such services. John.
