market screener software

hello friends,i would like to know is there any software available so that i can screen the market by top gainers, toplosers etc.i know about nseindia.com,moneycontrol.com n all but they provide data which is delayed by 2-3 mins.nseindia provide only top ten perfomers and moneycontrol is too slow{delayed by 5 mins].i want real time such as top gainers by 5-20% with volume more than 10000 or top losers with less volume etc etc please help
