Help Me for NOC

Dear All, plz help me.

I am an insurance advisor of tata aig life insurance company. now i need NOC for my personal purpose. i have met Branch manager regarding this issue. but he avoiding & denied me to give NOC. is there any other way to get NOC ????? bcoz i need it as soon as possible.

is it leagally required to take NOC & is the company is legally required to issue the same ?

if yes,
send the company registered letter asking for same.
next ask a lawyer to send a notice to company asking for financial damages / mental harrasment caused.
send IRDA a copy of the same.
ask IRDA for rules; file RTI with IRDA.
