Can I reduce my Policy Premium Tenure - Kotak Smart Advantage

As I have taken Kotak Smart Advantage (which is The Fixed Advantage benefit)plan, and opted for 10 years of tenure. now i completed my locking period of 3years, and not able to pay the premiums, but The fixed advantage benefit (The 1st year premium will not be invested but it will be returned back 100% of for 5years premium payment tenure /110% of the 1st years premium are guaranteed )will be paid only end of after policy tenure. Then what i supposed to do? Can I reduce my Policy Premium Tenure?
