How do you buy shares on listing?
Hi Friends,
I did not get allotment of InfoEdge shares and would like to buy them on listing. How do we get the shares at the start of the trade or before (is it possible?) 1. Can I place an offline order the previous day? 2. How will I know of the day it is getting listed? 3. Why does the price vary from the cutoff price and listing price? 4. Can I place orders the previous day on Sharekhan etc. Thanks Dominic

I got some answers, correct me if I'm wrong
1. Can I place an offline order the previous day? - No, as we would not have the code 2. How will I know of the day it is getting listed? - It will get published in the leading newspapers and nseindia.com 3. Why does the price vary from the cutoff price and listing price? - it is based on the price the sellers wants to sell 4. Can I place orders the previous day on Sharekhan etc. - Nopes Thanks Dominic
