Default Re: Celestial Lab gets 1/5 Crisil IPO grade

This grading and all is a drama according to me. And just another way to earn money by companies like ICRA and CRISIL. Nothing else.

Equity is just another name of risk. The IPO applicant should himself know the rsik as well as rewards of the issue. And then weigh them and then apply for the IPO.

1/5 means that fundamentals are poor. I want to ask what is their definition of fundamentals? And wether it is because of the fundamentals yhat a company commands such high valuations. Do they consider the quality of managment, its ability to turnaround the company. What where the fundamentals of SAIL and IFCI the darling of traders and investors in the Indian stock markets. What grade would these rating agencies give them if they wer to come out with the FPO today.

Do they consider the valuations while giving grades? IN STOCK MARKET TERMS A WOODLAND SHOE IS MORE COSTLY THAN A MARUTI CAR.

Moreover they are not covering the macro factors while giving grades.

I have made my point it is up to u guys to think now.

Pls feel free to duscuss with me on my mobile

Thanks
Rahman
