NRI interested in IPO's

Hi

I am an NRI living in USA. I wanted to know the best way I can invest in indian IPO's online.

I read through the threads in other sectins of this forum related to brokerage and taxation etc .. I found that indiabulls and sharkhan are good options for stock trading.

But would they provide me IPO trading also ??

Also, can i setup the account when i am in US right now ?
