Is the NTPC FPO worth applying for at 201?

I m applying for .... i already have few but @very low rate ..this time rate is 201 and current market price is 205...

Agreed its low but market sentiments suggest it might touch upto 195...right now since FPO is on the price wasnt let to fall below else would had gone there...
