FII effect on IPO

hello friends,
i m new to the stock market. can anyone tell me whether the huge sell outs of FIIs in Indian equity market has any effect on Indian IPOs. why i m asking this is because before making a new IPO, the company and the sebi will take into consideration the current market strategy, and now the market is on the downside. so can anyone tell me why the Equity market is considered for fresh IPO issues.

Hi bro welcome to traderji:)
Yes companies take care of mkt downtrend but not fully depend on it as u still see many IPO are coming and privately subscribed .
Most of the IPO,s are assured by operators or bank or HNI that their issue will be taken if not fully subscribed:)
All is matter of give and take
