Well, unlike Rel Power which has no operational power plant, the Rel Infratel is pretty much established. According to the Reliance Sources the capital raised through IPO would be primarily used for the establishment of the Reliance Towers which would eventually boost the market share of the Reliance Tele Communications. The fundamentals of the IPO seems to be very strong comparing to the Rel Power.
