It’s a good buy looking at the future of IT which is largely focused on Remote IT infrastructure Management and GSS’s Focus on the same. These people have been in the industry for over 10 years now and have proven their strengths over the past few years and their financials are definitely worth looking at. Recent developments from a Foreign Investor Kubera Cross Border Fund to the tune of 10 MLN is also a positive sign. US Recession will always have a good impact on offshore business.
Here are the IPO details: GSS America Infotech Ltd IPO is open through Feb 11 to 15, 2008 Issue size is around 150 crores. It is offering 34,97,495 Shares with 1,169,000 shares for Retail category. Priceband is Rs 400 to 440. Lead Manager Religare Securities Ltd Registrar: Bigshare Services Pvt Ltd
