IRB infra - Road wale ... mumbai and gujarat
Guru, These guys control all major road leading to mumbai, pune and Gujarat. So u hv to pay toll to them when you come to mumbai or gujarat, guru. So 1 yr. down the line, Company will make money guru. Cashflow wl be +ve if they do not deploy this on other project, but unlikely b'cz of growth guru. But don't understand, why they hv alloted shares at 1/3rd price to those same investment bankers. They are justifying high price saying they hv done DCF modeling. Guru to jab investment banker ne share liya tha to DCF model kyo nahi kiya tha. Guru bana rahe ho ! Ab agar Rs. 220 se share - 15-30% tutta he to bhi investment banker to - 2X me raheta he. Promoter ko bolega Dekho guru, mujhe saste me diya to maine tumko bahut achha price dilvaya mkt. sey. Grey wale to bol rahe hey +30%. Sayad nikal pade. Guru but 1/2 year me me stock overweight to jaroor hoga. Take u'r pick. Last edited by guruguru; 3rd February 2008 at 10:30 PM. Reason: spells |
