The brigade ipo has not yet been fully subscribed(still 77%). I am not very much interested in the issue with a long term prospect as i feel that it has been overpriced....
But shud i apply with the aim of listing gains(i mean flipping)????
Is it goin to show any good profits on the day of listing????

Dear Gaurav,

Brigade is a high reputation realestate organisation in Bangalore. It is a good scrip to have. However the price is an issue. Will it go the Purvankara way? Difficult to tell. My personal opinion is 'subscribe'. My guess is it will list at 30To 40% premium
