Hey guys, 3 issues from 3 different sectors!! This sure is a tantalizer of sorts.
Where to put your bet Infrastructure? Jewelery business or FMCG goods!!
So what do you think guys? Do post your opinions!

I personally know Rajesh Patil, the MD of Kolte Patil , more than 1000 crores worth of projects in hand, its a nice professionally managed company.

Though I wont subscribing to the issue, as I am not interested in IPO's.

And I 've invested in their properties. Professional is right. No issues on that front so far.

ppls if u want to for 1 out this 3 IPOs ..go for Kolte-Patil ..bcoz it has strong grip in pune based construction work & it is going to expand also.It has very gud management also.

Hmmm.. I took 40 Kolte Patil at cut off price .. I am optimistic about realty stocks ..

Those who have applied for Kolte Patil IPO, it seems that the company has ran into trouble with SEBI. It has given the option to cancel the applications if wanted. Do check out this news.

I am pune based . Kolte Patil is also Pune based . Loss making company with poor quality . Puneities hesitate kolte patil developers . Avoid IPO & Investing .

Well... Applied for withdrawal of application .. There were two email addresses listed on their website .. One of them bounces .. .. And I didnt get any response from the other .. Lets see ..

Dear Shahab,

Some experts feel that it is best not to withdraw from this IPO, as the dispute is for a small 14000 odd sq ft of land, and it does not really impact in a big way the prospects of the company. So if you get an alllotment, it may actually be good for you.
