I think the PSU banking sector is undervalued.Central bank has got a rating of 4 from CARE which is an above avg rating.This rating is based on fundamentals.Looking at the present market scenario we can expect a lising gain of atlest Rs.20 over and above the upper price band.But again it has to be valued vis a vis other IPOs on the offering at present most of which looks pretty good.
